About the Program

The St. Luke ’s House Supported Living Program began in 1995, when funding changes allowed PRP providers to bill Medicaid for services provided anywhere in the community. We began offering outreach services to people living in the community and were not in our residential program. Currently we are providing supported living services to 210 individuals. The services provided in the Supported Living Program are also offered in the Residential Program, and can be provided in the clients ’ own homes or elsewhere in the community. Some Supported Living Program clients live with family members, and, therefore, family support is a critical component.
