Nicole Graner

Nicole Graner has been with St. Luke’s House since 2001, where she served as Residential Counselor and later Residential Supervisor in the Germantown Program. In 2005, she was promoted to her current position as Residential Program Manager. Ms. Graner has a BA in Communication and Photography and is currently pursuing an MSW. She came to St. Luke’s with experience working with a variety of populations including, adolescents, adults and individuals who were experiencing homelessness. In addition to her experience working with individuals with mental illnesses, she has worked with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance abuse related disorders in residential and community settings.
