One of the best things about St. Luke’s House ... is that their residential program has different levels of support, it is moving [my son] Robert gradually toward more independence

Alexandra George

Alexandra George is a licensed clinical social worker and has been with St. Luke’s House since 2006. Ms. George was originally hired as the Program Manager for the Supported Living Program and several months later took on the Peppertree Residential Program. For 6 years prior to coming to St. Luke’s House Ms. George worked with women in DC who were experiencing homelessness. Ms. George also has experience working at an HIV service provider, as well as, working with people with developmental disabilities. She has enjoyed her work with all populations, but finds her work at St. Luke’s House especially rewarding since she feels she is part of an agency that truly puts clients first and is dedicated to providing quality services.
