This service is free to you and we will offer ongoing support to ensure success. We can also provide you with information, resources and support in diversifying your workforce by employing individuals with disabilities.
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
We will provide employer consultation in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We can assist your businesses to achieve compliance with ADA standards and be better equipped to assist workers with disabilities.
Staff Training
We offer training programs to educate employers, co-workers, and employees about disability related issues, laws, and programs. We provide information and advice to employers to support them in adopting good employment practices and effective strategies in the recruitment, retention, and training of individuals with disabilities.
Job Coaching
Our Employment Specialists will maintain an on-going relationship with you after hiring one of our job seekers. Our staff will continue to provide on or off job coaching, if needed, to stabilize and improve job performance and retention.
Individualized Consultation
Our Employment Specialists can consult with your business one-on-one about proven strategies to address accessibility, job sharing, telework options, and job accommodations ideas. We can also talk about customizing positions to help support your business operations, save you money, and reduce work from other employees.
