Customized Employment

Customized Employment is the development of a new position that meets the needs of the employer and job seeker.

How it Works:

  1. A St. Luke’s House Employment Specialist will meet with you to understand your business operations and whether or not your business could benefit from adding a skilled employee to complete important tasks! The top reasons current employers give us for wanting to customize a position is that they have certain tasks that are not getting done, they are paying someone else too much money to do certain jobs, or they have projects and tasks they want to start but did not want to go through the long and tedious hiring process.
  2. Once your business needs are identified, our staff will take care of all of the logistics and bring you qualified applicants ready to fill the new position whether it is1 hour/ week or full-time.
  3. Employment specialist will help with training the new applicant and will follow-up with ensure the match is successful.

The St. Luke’s House Customized Employment Process is designed to help your bottom line, boost the morale of your other staff, and keeps your business running smoothly.
